In 24 February of this year, A contingent from the Ministry of Education visited to India to attend the sub-regional preparatory conference which is to be held in New Delhi from the 25th to the 26th of this month. This meeting was the preparatory meeting of the World Conference in Education to be held in France later in the year. Minister of Education Dr. Mustafa Lutfi headed this contingent. On this trip, Minister and the State Minister were accompanied by Dr. Ahmed Anwar of the Villa Foundation and my self Mr. Ahmed Mohamed, . The rules of UNESCO were followed in choosing members for this contingent.
During the trip, I met lot of Educators specially Vice chancelors and Deans of different faculties of colleges and universities in India and other countries of the region. Along with the minister of Education I got opportunity to visit Oxford Press in India, and Nayional University of Educational Planning and Administration.
